Job summary

Idaho Central Credit Union seeks a dynamic professional to sell merchant payment processing solutions and related hardware/software to business members in the Tucson area. You will acquire new relationships, meet sales goals, and collaborate with branch teams to grow a robust merchant portfolio.

You will lead the end-to-end sales process, perform rate analyses, present proposals, onboard clients, and coordinate equipment installation and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Zero to three years merchant services or commercial banking experience, or equivalent work.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota, strong business development, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Idaho Central’s merchant payment processing solutions and related hardware/software.
• Acquire and grow merchant processing relationships within assigned region to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Lead all sales activities: prospecting, needs analysis, proposals, onboarding, training of business members, and installation.
