Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular, Sales Specialist to identify and develop Merchant Services sales opportunities within a specialized market. The role is based in the United States, on the 1st shift, and requires fluency in English.

The position emphasizes consultative selling of payment processing solutions to business clients, collaboration with internal partners, and ongoing client relationship management in a large financial organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in financial or payments products and/or services.
• Ability to present and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience working across departments within large financial organizations.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales plan and develop partnerships to identify and drive revenue in the client portfolio.
• Foster relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities.
• Sell payment processing solutions to clients and prospects and identify needs.
• Develop relationship plans to retain and acquire new clients.
• Report progress and revenue accurately.
