Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to grow Genius and other payment solutions with bank and credit union partnerships in Fresno, CA and nearby areas.

You will co-sell with branches, conduct live demos, and close high-value merchant accounts, while building a robust pipeline through field prospecting and local networking. The role demands in-person and virtual presentations to illustrate how Genius streamlines payments and boosts client loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of B2B or B2C outside sales experience.
• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to spend 75% of time in the field and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across industries.
• Co-sell alongside branches, run live demos, and close high-value merchant accounts.
• Own and manage a pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to show how Genius helps businesses.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle.
• Maintain pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce.
