Celero Commerce is seeking a detail-oriented Boarding Specialist to join our Operations team in Fort Worth, TX. You will board new merchant accounts by processing requests via our ticketing system and email, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to excellent service while meeting established SLAs. You will collaborate with internal teams, partners, and clients to streamline onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of professional experience in a similar role or data entry in merchant services or related industry.
• Be highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Perform job functions in Celero’s best interest and follow the right process.
• Navigate ambiguity while exploring solutions and driving business impact.

Responsibilities

• Use multiple systems to board applications accurately and within SLAs.
• Learn and navigate Celero's boarding and processor systems.
• Communicate with partners, team members, and leadership to ensure complete information on merchant applications.
• Update tickets with status and details of work performed.
