Job summary

100 Shift4 Payments, LLC is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage merchant onboarding from data gathering through installation, then hand off to the Launch team. You will configure POS, online ordering, and marketplace integrations using Shift4 tools, train merchants, and ensure a seamless setup across departments.

Strong Excel/Google Suite proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of hardware platforms, configuration methods, and deployment/logistics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, self-managing with critical thinking.
• Customer-focused with SkyTab accounts.
• Excellent communicator with leadership skills.
• Ability to identify problems and craft creative solutions; de-escalation skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with merchants to gather POS config and reporting needs.
• Manage full onboarding lifecycle and installation coordination.
• Program menus, set up online ordering, explain marketplace integrations.
• Ensure merchant satisfaction with tailored service.
• Maintain multi-channel communication and train merchants on Shift4 products.
• Document interactions and configurations in Excel/Google Suite; use Monday.com.
