Job summary

Celero Commerce is seeking a detail-oriented Boarding Specialist to join our Operations team. You will board new merchant accounts by processing requests through our ticketing system and email channels, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to delivering exceptional service while meeting established SLAs. You will collaborate with internal teams, partners, and clients to create a seamless onboarding

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate boarding processes and processor systems.

Responsibilities

• Board merchant applications accurately and within approved SLAs using multiple systems
• Learn and navigate Celero’s boarding and processor systems
• Communicate with partners, team members, and leadership to ensure complete and correct merchant applications
• Update tickets with status and details of work performed
• Communicate with clients and team members regarding changes, questions or concerns
• Meet deadlines for tasks
• Attend relevant training sessions and webinars
• Perform other duties as assigned

Celero Commerce is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Boarding Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately boarding new merchant accounts by processing requests submitted through our ticketing system and email channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to delivering exceptional service while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).

As a Boarding Specialist, you will work closely with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure merchant applications are completed accurately and efficiently, helping to create a seamless onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

• Using multiple systems as needed, ensure applications are boarded accurately and timely within approved SLAs
• Learn and navigate the boarding and processor systems that Celero uses to board merchant applications to the processors
• Communicate withpartners,team members, and leadershipto ensure all relevant information is presented on the merchant application to board properly
• Update tickets with proper status and detailsregardingthe work completed
• Communicate with clients and/or team membersregardingany changes needed, questions or concerns
• Meet the deadlines for tasks
• Attends andparticipatesin job related classes and webinars
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Requirements

• 1-2+ yearspreviousprofessional experience in a similar roleorwith data entryin themerchant servicesor similar industry.
• Be highly organized with great attention to detail
• Performjob functions in the best interest ofCelero’sand followingthe right process
• Able to navigate ambiguity, while exploring innovative solutions and driving business impact
