Job summary

Shift4 is seeking a skilled onboarding specialist to manage merchant onboarding from receipt to installation and handoff to Launch team. You will collect data, configure POS settings, and ensure on-time delivery of equipment while maintaining excellent merchant relationships.

Responsibilities include configuring menus, setting up online ordering, and explaining integrations. Strong emphasis on documentation, cross-team communication, and white-glove service for SkyTab accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchant onboarding or deployment
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Engage with merchants to gather POS configurations and reporting needs
• Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, including data collection, configuration, and scheduling installations
• Train merchants on Shift4 products and ensure smooth handoffs to launch team
• Coordinate across internal teams to meet merchant requirements and timelines
• Document client interactions and configurations using Excel, Google Suite, and Monday.com
