Texas Regional Bank is seeking a Merchant Sales Support Specialist to assist the Senior Merchant Sales Officer in selling merchant payment processing solutions and related hardware/software to businesses with diverse financial needs.

The role emphasizes integrity, professionalism, and strong communication and time management. You will support the Merchant Services Department to ensure smooth onboarding for new and existing clients and help maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of work experience.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Available to work a 40-hour work week with a flexible schedule.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installations and implementations of Merchant Services products.
• Provide training to customers when necessary.
• Support sales staff with pricing questions and proposals and act as a trusted expert.
• Prepare reconciliations and reviews of wire transfers.
• Provide day-to-day client support and conduct quarterly business reviews.
