Job summary

DoorDash for Business is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations. You’ll pilot and scale product features to improve delivery quality, ensuring orders arrive on time and are properly labeled. You’ll shape the end-to-end client, dasher, and merchant experience, collaborating across teams to implement data-driven product improvements.

You’ll report to the Manager, Strategy & Operations for DoorDash for Business and can work remotely or in a hybrid setting depending on preference.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Analytical thinker capable of turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Customer obsessed with ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design testing frameworks and go-to-market plans for product features.
• Partner with product and engineering to sharpen tools that drive quality.
• Build models evaluating economics and patterns to inform decisions.
• Design and run test plans and initiatives to improve merchant and dasher quality.
• Collaborate across sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, and business development.
