Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Growth Specialist to drive growth and success for our autonomous delivery partners. This hybrid role combines merchant sales, onboarding, and ongoing success, with on-site support and collaboration with account managers and product teams.

You will onboard new merchants, train staff, perform on-site audits, and maintain data in internal systems while helping pilot launches with enterprise partners and tracking performance to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of function-specific experience in sales, account management, merchant success, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills with experience managing relationships across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to travel to merchants to train staff and perform on-site audits to assess product performance and gather feedback
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a bias toward execution

Responsibilities

• Pitch and onboard new merchants to drive autonomous delivery growth and adoption, through direct outreach and in coordination with account managers and sales teams
• Own end-to-end merchant onboarding and training, ensuring a smooth launch experience
• Conduct regular success check-ins and follow-ups with merchants to collect feedback and learnings that inform product development
• Maintain and manage merchant enablement in internal databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Support new pilot launches with enterprise partners, providing onsite assistance and closely tracking store performance to identify and resolve issues
