Job summary

DoorDash is hiring for a market-facing role focused on bringing SaaS products to merchant partners. You will shape go-to-market strategy, test messaging, and directly engage merchants to understand needs and close opportunities.

You’ll iterate positioning, run competitive analyses, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales to maximize adoption across enterprise to SMB segments.

Qualifications

• Experience bringing a product to market and understanding merchant needs.
• Ability to test messaging and go-to-market strategies with merchants.
• Comfort selling directly to merchants and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Iterate sales playbook and product positioning for different merchant segments.
• Run competitive positioning and build a case for DoorDash vs alternatives.
• Sell directly to merchants through consultative calls with decision-makers.
• Onboard merchants and design onboarding experiences to drive adoption.
• Feed merchant feedback into the product roadmap and help shape GTM strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Sales.
