Job summary

DoorDash Commerce Platform is seeking an Associate Manager to drive growth and scale strategic merchant partnerships. You will own growth strategy, test hypotheses, and work with Enterprise merchants to expand adoption.

You’ll design go-to-market plans and guide product and process improvements across multiple functions. You should bring a entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to accelerate growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in finance/management consulting, business operations, business analytics, or high-growth startup experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and internal teams to promote products and drive adoption.
• Analytical thinker who can provide actionable recommendations in fast-changing environments (0-1 bets).

Responsibilities

• Design experiments to improve quality and operations.
• Test new marketing strategies and address scalability issues.
• Dive into data to explain performance at a granular level.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Support, Sales and Account Management.
