DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate for the DoorDash for Business Large Group Orders team in the US. You will shape go-to-market strategy and the onboarding experience for enterprise customers and merchant partners, balancing strategy with execution in a high-growth environment.

You’ll build scalable playbooks, leverage AI to automate workflows, and influence roadmap decisions by synthesizing field data and insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy & operations, management consulting, or a high-growth B2B environment.
• End-to-end ownership of GTM initiatives—from strategy through execution.
• Analytically strong, able to distill complex data into clear recommendations.
• Fluency with AI tools to automate workflows and surface insights.
• You communicate clearly to operators, sales teams, and senior leadership.
• You are willing to roll up your sleeves and handle detail-focused work.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM and onboarding strategy and operations for merchant and customer acquisition.
• Build onboarding playbooks, qualification frameworks, and scalable processes.
• Leverage AI to automate workflows, query datasets, and build dashboards.
• Influence the product roadmap with customer feedback and data signals.
• Define and track KPIs, creating dashboards to align stakeholders.
