Job summary

HungryPanda Ltd 熊猫外卖 is seeking a Business Development Specialist in the Berkeley area. You will drive merchant acquisition, onboarding, and revenue expansion across metro zones, acting as the front-line ambassador for the HungryPanda platform.

You will map, pitch, and onboard restaurants and retailers, negotiate terms, and collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver high-ROI campaigns. Mandarin fluency is mandatory, English proficiency required, with a field-sales, on-site focus.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Mandarin required for partnering with Asian merchant network.
• Experience in B2B field sales or merchant development.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and acquisition quotas.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchant acquisition across designated metropolitan zones.
• Conduct on-site visits, present ROI of HungryPanda platform, and negotiate terms.
• Grow GMV with onboarded merchants and optimize digital storefronts.
• Collaborate with marketing/ops on campaigns and localized initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding configurations and partner performance reporting.
• Gather market intel to inform product iterations and strategy.
