Job summary

Responsibilities

• Acquire merchants and help them achieve higher orders and GMV
• Arrange in-person meetings to negotiate contracts with potential merchants
• Maintain relationships with cooperating merchants and coordinate with stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs
• Maintain and update merchant profiles and settings in the backend
• Collaborate with Marketing and Delivery Ops to align merchant strategies
• Conduct merchant visits and manage onboarding materials
