You will conduct on-site visits, present ROI, negotiate terms, and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to design promotions that boost merchant visibility and GMV.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Merchant Acquisition: Map, prospect, and pitch high-potential merchants across designated territories, managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract execution
• In-Person Field Pitching & Negotiation: Conduct on-site merchant visits, deliver ROI-focused presentations, negotiate terms, and onboard merchants smoothly
• Key Account Growth & GMV Optimization: Partner with onboarded and key merchants to drive growth, optimize digital storefronts, and increase GMV and order volume
• Cross-Functional Campaign Execution: Partner with Regional Marketing and Operations to design high-ROI campaigns and localized promotions
• Operational Enablement: Oversee onboarding configurations, POS/backend integrations, and performance reporting for fast ramp-up
• Market Intelligence: Gather merchant insights and trends to inform product iterations and regional strategy
