Job summary

HungryPanda Ltd 熊猫外卖 is expanding its merchant partnerships across key markets from Edison, NJ. The role focuses on identifying and recruiting merchants, presenting our services, and driving onboarding to strengthen the platform's merchant base.

You will visit merchants, negotiate partnerships, and provide ongoing support to grow order volume and GMV, while collaborating with Marketing to run campaigns and enhance merchant exposure.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Familiarity with the food delivery industry, local retail, or internet platform operations is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential merchants to join our platform.
• Conduct frequent in-person visits to merchants to pitch partnerships and onboard.
• Maintain long-term merchant relationships through regular support and visits.
• Work with onboarded merchants to optimize performance and grow GMV.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns with Marketing to boost exposure and transactions.
• Update merchant backend data and settings for smooth operations.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for decisions and product improvements.
