Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in business development or sales roles.
• Experience in the foodservice or delivery industry is a plus.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and people skills; not afraid to be refused.
• Ability to work with restaurants and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Have a valid driver license and a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire merchants and assist them in achieving higher orders and GMV.
• Arrange in-person meetings to negotiate contracts with potential merchants.
• Maintain relationships with merchants and coordinate with stakeholders to improve merchant satisfaction and service quality.
• Conduct regular merchant visits and manage merchant materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Maintain and update backstage settings for each merchant in charge.
• Liaise with Marketing and Delivery Operations to align strategies to increase GMV.
