Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking store team members to act as Merchandisers, delivering excellent customer service while maximizing inventory and supporting online business operations. You may perform merchandising tasks, sales, front-end duties, and other responsibilities as needed; reporting to store management as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities include stocking, building displays, fulfilling orders, and safeguarding store safety; training in wine, spirits, and beer will be provided to

Qualifications

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps; place signage and support online orders.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness and ensure compliance with alcohol laws.
• Load and deliver orders if required and assist with curbside pickup.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
