Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking store team members who deliver exceptional customer service and drive product presentation across our retail floor. You will help maximize inventory, stock displays, and assist with online orders and curbside/delivery operations, while ensuring a safe, legal and welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory.
• Pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, place signage.
• Support digital operations by fulfilling online orders and assisting curbside pick-up and delivery.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships and inform about products and services.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
