Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser (store team member) to maximize product inventory, support online operations, and deliver excellent customer service in a retail setting. You will handle stocking, signage, curbside and delivery support if assigned, and maintain compliance with alcohol sale laws while building product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, and placing signage.
• Deliver excellent service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Support online business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pickup and delivery services where applicable.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
