Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking store team members to merchandise, stock, and fulfill online orders while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will engage customers, assist with curbside pickup and delivery, and participate in product training to deepen knowledge of wines, spirits, and beers.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements to maintain a compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
