Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to deliver excellent service and merchandise products across the store. You will be referred to as Merchandiser and support in-store and curbside orders, deliveries if needed, and store operations.

Training is provided to build product knowledge in wine, beer, and spirits. Responsibilities include stocking, signage, logistics, and customer engagement while maintaining safety and compliance with alcohol laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, and stock shelves.
• Build displays, end caps, signs, and support digital orders.
• Greet customers, provide product knowledge, and drive a positive experience.
• Assist with curbside pickup and delivery if assigned, including loading.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with laws.
