Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service while maximizing product inventory and supporting online operations. You will be internally referred to as Merchandiser and report to the store management team.

You will maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a background in customer service and retail environments.
• Experience handling product inventory and stock replenishment is preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a personalized shopping experience while informing them about products and services.
• Maximize product inventory by processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays, and placing signage.
• Support online business operations and assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
