Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize inventory, stock shelves, create displays, and support online order fulfillment in a fast-paced retail setting. The role may involve sales, front-end work, and other duties as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will greet customers, build relationships, and inform on products and services while maintaining store safety, and participating in wine, spirits and beer training. Seasonal or regular hours may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience, 1+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps.
• Greet customers, build relationships, inform about products and services to deliver exceptional service.
• Participate in training on wine, spirits and beer to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, loyalty programs and advertising.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional duties and assist with curbside pickup and deliveries if assigned.
