Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking store team members to deliver exceptional customer service and manage merchandising, stock, and curbside/delivery duties. You will be referred to as Merchandiser and report to store management, handling inventory, signage, and online order fulfillment.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with responsibilities including aiding in promotions, training, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, process freight, and stock inventory.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital orders.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery as needed.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and store compliance with alcohol laws.
