Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Site Manager, MEP to join the Field Operations Team on field/project-based work in the United States. The role supports the MEP Project Manager with subcontractor coordination, project scheduling, and cost control across industrial sectors.

The candidate will review drawings, assist in bidding, and ensure safety and quality per the company QMS. Travel to project sites nationwide is expected as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years construction experience with increasing responsibility, or 15 years with no degree.
• Experience in light/heavy industrial sectors is highly desired.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, financial reports, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist MEP Project Manager in locating and evaluating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Assist in developing scopes of work for MEP Project Manager review.
• Develop MEP project schedule within the overall construction schedule; assist in estimating MEP work.
• Review drawings (P&IDs, mechanical, electrical, shop, architectural, structural) and maintain current set on site.
• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion.
