Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Site Manager, MEP to join the Field Operations Team. This is a field/project-based role overseeing on-site construction, safety, scheduling, and coordination of MEP activities.

The candidate will support the MEP Project Manager and manage multiple trades to ensure project goals are met. The role requires extensive construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read drawings and manage safety programs on site.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 10+ years construction experience OR 15+ years without a degree.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, financial reports, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist MEP Project Manager in locating and evaluating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Assist in developing scopes of work and project schedules for MEP work.
• Prepare estimates for MEP self-performed work and assist in overall project estimates.
