Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Site Manager, MEP to join the Field Operations Team on a project-based basis. This role involves coordinating on-site construction activities from pre-start, through commissioning, to completion, with a focus on MEP scopes and safety.

The candidate will assist the MEP Project Manager in subcontractor selection, scope development, and scheduling, while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction across industrial projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, financial reports, and legal/contract documents.
• Strong people management skills.
• Experience in light/heavy industrial construction preferred.
• Must possess basic computer skills including MS Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Assist MEP Project Manager in locating and evaluating potential subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Assist in developing scopes of work for review and approval of MEP Project Manager.
• Assist in the development of MEP project schedule and prepare estimates for MEP work.
• Assist in pricing work and draft changes for review by MEP Project Manager.
• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the project.
