Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Site Manager, MEP to join the Field Operations Team on a field/project-based basis in the United States. The role supports the MEP Project Manager with subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and cost control while ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualified candidates typically hold an Associate's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of construction experience, or 15 years with increasing responsibility.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and/or 10+ years of construction experience.
• Experience in light/heavy industrial sectors is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, financial reports, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site construction activities from pre-start to completion, including scheduling with subcontractors.
• Assist in developing MEP scopes of work and project schedules.
• Prepare estimates for MEP works and assist in overall project costing.
• Review drawings and coordinate field updates to maintain current documentation.
• Ensure safety and quality standards; enforce Gray’s safety program on site.
