Job summary

Gray Construction seeks an Assistant Site Manager, MEP to join the Field Operations Team on field/project assignments. The role involves coordinating on-site construction activities, supporting the MEP Project Manager, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent with at least five years of related experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work with subcontractors and vendors across diverse projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree or equivalent with 5+ years related experience.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets and email.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist MEP Project Manager in planning and coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Help develop scopes of work for review by the MEP Project/Site Manager.
• Support development of MEP project schedules and cost estimates.
• Coordinate on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained on site.
