Job summary

Gray Construction seeks an Assistant Site Manager, MEP to join the Field Operations Team on field/project based assignments across the United States. This hands-on role coordinates MEP work and supports the Project Manager in planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree or equivalent with five years of related experience, solid computer skills, and a collaborative mindset. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 5+ years related experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail.
• Energetic, self-motivated team player with collaboration and professional development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Study specifications to assist planning procedures and staffing for each phase.
• Assist MEP Project Manager in evaluating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Develop scopes of work for review and approval.
• Prepare MEP project schedules and assist in cost estimates.
• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from pre-start to completion.
