Qualifications

• Recent recommendation from a principal or supervisor.
• Interest in mentor teaching preferred.
• Two-year commitment to the position is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Educator at the middle school level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mentor and mentee professional development activities when available.
• Monitor logs and communicate with budget payroll management.
• Communicate with mentors, mentees, and administrators.
• Modify and implement the program assessment tool.
• Address needs of the program; work with other mentor managers.
• Plan for future needs of the program.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
