Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Up to one year of experience in case management or job development preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain case management files and provide supportive services.
- Conduct intake processes and assist clients with goals.
- Develop relationships with organizations for client placements.
