Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. in Brownsburg, IN is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate medical care, support patients and psychiatric clinicians, and ensure high-quality service for in-person and telehealth visits.

You will handle prior authorizations, lab orders, records requests, scheduling, and patient communications, triaging urgent issues and guiding referrals. Starting pay is $21.75/hour with quarterly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations or patient services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care support for psychiatric clinicians and patients.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Coordinate patient forms and paperwork and facilitate scheduling and telehealth access.
• Manage patient communications, triage urgent requests, and route to the correct departments.
• Support external referrals and maintain accurate EHR information.
