Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate medical care and support patients and psychiatric clinicians. You will ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

Starting at $21.00/hour with quarterly bonus potential, the role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and careful handling of confidential information in a fast-paced environment at the North Charleston, SC location.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to support high-quality patient experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with confidential information (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment; support in-office clinician and staff engagement activities to promote LFST culture.
• Provide strong customer service, respond quickly to patient needs, and manage potentially difficult situations.
• Communicate with peers, clinicians, and patients to support patient care and clinician satisfaction.
• Assist patients with telehealth access, Patient Portal issues, and other troubleshooting as needed.
• Coordinate with clinicians regarding patient questions and ancillary tasks.
