Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate medical care and support both patients and psychiatric clinicians. You will handle patient communications, scheduling, approvals, and records, ensuring high-quality service for in-person and telehealth patients.

The role requires strong multitasking, communication skills, and experience with EMR systems and HIPAA. Competitive benefits are offered, with a starting wage of $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians.
• Provide exceptional customer service to in-person and remote patients.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Manage patient communications: calls, refills, appointment scheduling.
• Support telehealth access and patient portal issues; troubleshoot as needed.
• Coordinate external referrals and assist with documentation.
