Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role or setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, letters, records requests, and forms.
• Coordinate communication among patient, medical staff, and pharmacy; manage phone systems and patient questions.
