Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associate's/bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.

Responsabilités

• Manage front office daily activities and greet patients and clinicians.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, check-in/out, and communications via phone, email, and portal.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-payments; assist with billing questions.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks, letters, faxes, and appointment audits.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized front desk and office environment.
