Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for coordinating medical care and supporting patients and psychiatric clinicians. You will deliver quality customer service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

The role involves administrative duties, coordination of authorizations and records, and ensuring accurate data in the EHR. A HS diploma and healthcare experience are preferred, with full-time, on-site responsibilities in our Ohio

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and clinicians, in-person and remote.
• Coordinate with clinicians for patient care and administrative tasks.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Manage patient scheduling, telehealth access, and portal issues.
• Ensure accuracy of patient information in the EHR and document interactions.
