LifeStance Health Inc. in Brecksville, OH is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians, both in-person and remotely. You will ensure high-quality customer service and efficient care coordination.

The role offers an hourly starting rate of $21.75 with potential quarterly bonuses, contributing to a collaborative team focused on compassionate mental health care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to support patient experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems; HIPAA aware.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care by supporting clinicians with authorizations, forms, and records requests.
• Facilitate communication between patient, medical staff and pharmacy.
• Manage phone lines and patient support for medications, appointments, and requests.
• Ensure accuracy of patient information in the EHR and scan documents.
• Assist with telehealth access and triage urgent patient needs.
