The position requires 1+ year in healthcare operations or related fields, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to deliver high-quality patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care support for patients and clinicians.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Coordinate patient forms, telehealth access, and patient portal issues.
• Ensure accuracy of patient information in the EHR and HIPAA compliance.
