LifeStance Health, a leading mental health provider, is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator in Sacramento to coordinate medical care and support patients and psychiatric clinicians. You will ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and assist with referrals, authorizations, and scheduling.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, HIPAA compliance, and proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems; starting pay is $23.50 per hour with quarterly incentive

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems; HIPAA awareness.

Responsabilités

• Assist clinicians with administrative tasks such as letters, faxes, and form coordination.
• Coordinate patient care activities including prior authorizations, labs, and referrals.
• Manage phone system and patient inquiries; support telehealth access and patient portals.
• Triage urgent requests and escalate to the appropriate department as needed.
