LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for coordinating medical care. You will support patients and psychiatric clinicians, ensuring quality service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

Competenze

• High School or equivalent required, associates/bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role requested.

• Provide strong customer service and respond to patient needs promptly, including difficult situations.
• Coordinate with clinicians and patients, manage phone lines, and ensure accurate patient records and portal access.
