Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. in Brownsburg, IN is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate medical care and support patients and psychiatric clinicians. This full-time role focuses on delivering quality in-person and remote patient service and ensures accurate clinical records and efficient operations.

The position starts at $21.75 per hour with quarterly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior healthcare operations and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to support high-quality patient experience.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment and support clinician and staff engagement to promote LFST culture.
• Provide strong customer service and respond promptly to patient needs, including difficult situations.
• Communicate with clinicians, patients, and peers to support patient care and clinician satisfaction.
• Assist clinicians with administrative tasks such as letters, faxes, and forms.
• Coordinate with clinicians on patient questions and referrals.
• Aid in termination processes and external referrals when needed.
