Arrow Senior Living in Rogers, AR is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a part-time role that centers on empathy, engagement, and safe daily routines.

You will play a key part in observing residents and documenting changes while supporting team collaboration and resident well-being. The position requires 18+, a high school diploma, English communication, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be active; standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents’ interests and abilities; develop engagement plans.
• Set the stage for daily routines and events (mise en scène) to support resident experience.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
