Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy by connecting with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Act as Patient Observer; tailor engagement plans for residents.
• Set the stage for daily activities through Mise en Scene.
• Serve as Life Partner; support residents from morning to night.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
