Arrow Senior Living in St Charles, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner (Part-Time). You will advocate empathy, observe residents, and help craft engagement plans while supporting daily routines and care documentation. The role requires English communication, a positive attitude, and physical ability to assist residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use computer for printing and entering resident information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout shift.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Act as Patient Observer to learn residents' interests and abilities and support engagement plans.
• Master the Mise en Scène: set the stage for daily activities and routines, from dining room prep to rooms setup.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and condition changes accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
