Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen years old.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• You bring a positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
• You possess computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• You must be physically active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping.
• You can lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• You can assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and falls.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connection with residents.
• Observe residents to tailor engagement plans and execute strategies.
• Enact mise en scène by preparing dining rooms, library setups, and nighttime routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily activities from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
