Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner in Conway, AR. The role is full-time with shifts 7:00am–7:00pm and an hourly pay range of $15–$24.75. Responsibilities include empathetic engagement, resident observation, and assisting daily activities within a memory care neighborhood.

You will document care changes, support team orientation, and participate in creating a warm, home-like environment for residents and staff alike.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate of Empathy: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests and abilities and create engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: set the stage for daily activities and events, from dining to routines.
• Life Partner: assist residents with daily life from wake to sleep.
• Excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
